At The Management Group, we pride ourselves on representing the finest homes in Santa Fe—homes like yours! The Management Group was established in 1979 and manages many exquisite homes in all price ranges. Our staff is made up of three full-time leasing Agents, who have many years of experience in property management, two bookkeepers, full-time maintenance director, two administrative persons and Janet Rousselot, who has owned and managed the company since 1979.
If you are in the process of purchasing a home and would like to consult with us about the rental income potential, we will be happy to provide that service to you.
In addition to leasing your home, we offer a full-time maintenance staff to take complete care of your investment. We offer preventative maintenance inspections, which include inspection of heating systems, chimneys and exterior of the property. These services are provided at a nominal charge and we feel these services are absolutely necessary for the safety of your home.
We have more extensive marketing and advertising than others in our area. We use many fine publications for reaching our audience such as SANTAFEAN MAGAZINE, TREND MAGAZINE, SANTA FE VISITOR’S GUIDE, ESSENTIAL GUIDE, and many other sources. Our website is state-of-the-art with ongoing monthly marketing using a team of professionals who have had years of experience in design and marketing of websites.
We are constantly reviewing our properties and will be glad to offer helpful suggestions to owners for improvement or decorating their properties to increase the profitability of their investment.
Our staff is on call 24 hours a day, to provide complete and thorough attention to your tenants, whether they are on vacation for a week or leasing for the year. Our vacation rental tenants are provided with concierge services during their stay.
The homes are thoroughly inspected before and after each tenancy to determine if there is any damage to the property.
We utilize the First Resort System from Aspen for bookings and bookkeeping procedures. Our accounting is clear and accurate.
